His Story
Purchased from Sarah Steer in 2017, JH Allegiance first made his mark as Dad’s trusted polocrosse and mustering horse. Reliable, tough and always ready for a job, he quickly became a valued member of the team both on the field and in the paddock.
In 2023, Jock officially “commandeered” him — and the partnership hasn’t looked back since.

On the Field
Allegiance truly shines in the No. 1 and No. 3 positions, thanks to his lightning-quick stop turns and explosive jump off the mark. His ability to power out of tight turns makes him a serious asset in pressure moments.
This will be his first Polocrosse Nationals, and he’s heading to Darwin ready to make it count.

Personality
If he were a famous person? Bob Marley — cool, laid-back, and doing things in his own rhythm.
His quirkiest habit? He’s always playing with the bit or shaking his head in some shape or form — there’s never a dull moment with him.
