Her Story
Indiana first laid eyes on Triggy as a 3-year-old and was ready to buy her on the spot β but she wasnβt for sale. Fate stepped in a few years later, and at six years old she joined the team, purchased from Sam and Rachael Amey.
Since then, Triggy has carried Indiana through Juniors and into the Intermediates, building a partnership thatβs been nothing short of electric. Together theyβve lined up at multiple Zone Championships, the Albury Interstate Junior Competition, two Narrabri Junior Competitions, and Barastoc 2025 in the U21 Womenβs.
And the journey isnβt slowing down β theyβve already been selected for the U21 Womenβs at Barastoc 2026.
Favourite Position - No.1 β and she lives for it.
Triggy loves running to the posts. Drop the reins, her ears go flat, and sheβll take you there every time. She knows exactly where they are β and on more than one occasion, sheβs nearly left Indiana behind in her determination to get there first.

If Triggy Was Famousβ¦
Sheβd be Miley Cyrus in her βCanβt Be Tamedβ era β bold, powerful, a little unpredictable, and absolutely owning the spotlight.
Quirks & Personality
Powerful. A little bit crazy. Always tearing around the paddock at full tilt for absolutely no reason.
Sheβs an absolute nightmare to bring back into work β and just work in general β but on the ground sheβs beautifully mannered, fiercely loyal, and secretly loves a bit of affection.
She somehow always manages to get herself tangled up in something and realistically should be wrapped in bubble wrap 24/7.
At home, sheβs the undisputed queen bee of the paddock. She loves a swim, a jump in the bush, and a good race β and she has to be firstβ¦ especially back to the feed buckets.
