Club Name: Murray Polocrosse Club
Location: Coolup, Peel Region, WA
Established: 1999
Murray Polocrosse Club was inaugurated in 1999 by three local families who believed there was enough interest and enthusiasm in the community to form a new club. Partnering with the Murray Horse & Pony Club, they began developing a practice field at what is now the Murray Regional Equestrian Centre.
Success came early โ winning the B Grade final at Capel in 2000, followed by the B Grade State Finals in Perth in 2001. Since then, the club has celebrated multiple wins from E through to B Grade. In 2019, they proudly hosted their first carnival.
While competitive success is celebrated, the club strongly believes polocrosse is about fun, friendship and enjoyment โ itโs not always about playing for โcattle stationsโ!
Current Members: 15 (and growing!)
Grades Catered For: Juniors, C to E Grade players โ and theyโre on the lookout for more experienced players to join the ranks.
