Are your club details up to date and easy to find online?

✅ Is your club location listed clearly?
✅ Are training days or carnival dates posted regularly?
✅ Do messages get replied to?
✅ Is your page active so new people know the club is still going strong?
✅ Is your website updated with current committee contacts and information?
✅ Are inboxes regularly checked on both social media and email?

For many people outside the sport, Facebook or Google is the very first place they look. If pages or websites are inactive, have old phone numbers, outdated committee details, or unanswered inboxes, potential new players might simply give up and move on.

Polocrosse has so much to offer — friendships, horses, competition, community and fun — but we need to make it easy for newcomers to take that first step 🐴💙
