WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT YOUNG HORSE TRAINER (can throw some polocrosse in, too!)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Horse Trainer to join our team and help fulfil a multi-horse training booking for one of our established clients from beginning of January.

The role will focus on starting and producing young horses under saddle, with the opportunity to work alongside Jason Webb and his experienced team.

The ideal candidate MUST:
- Have practical experience starting young horses under saddle.
- Be hardworking, reliable and professional.
- Be willing to learn and work within established training methods.
- Be a good team player with a sense of humour!

Applicants from a range of equestrian backgrounds are welcome, including, but not limited to, racing, polo, polocrosse, dressage and show jumping.

The package:
- Initial 12-month contract, 5/5.5 days per week.
- Attractive remuneration based on experience.
- Accommodation assistance available.
- Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
